I found with the coils springs the center of gravity was too high and the truck would roll too easily, like Micheal said, full droop unloads on hills and it rolls. The elastics have been the best set-up yet. This looks kind of neat: http://www.losi.com/Content/Tours/Ni...rRTR/tour.html This has always been on my wish list, I can't find there web site right now though: http://www.teamgonads.com/88105.html

Oopps... made a trade today.... and am now the proud owner of a Traxxas Slash Desert Truck with a Castle Creations Side Winder Brushless conversion!! It's FAST!!... Wow! First order of business is to take it all apart and inspect it... and fixy what it may need, and put it together and I finally have a truck that I can play on the dirt tracks with and not be as sloppy as the big Monster Trucks!! The Slash is a 1/10 scale rwd dirt racer... and it's gonna be fun!! Here's a product photo of it... haven't taken pics of it yet myself!!

As for me... I just made another trade today and swapped that Traxxas Slash 2wd Desert truck for another Axial Crawler. Since both my older boys are playing with their 1 crawler, I figured I'd might as well get them their own. Of course I'll be taking the SWX Competition chassis and Losi 4" aluminum shocks off this one I got and putting it on my ARTR..... got lots of mods for my ARTR... just ordered some maxamps.com lipo batteries for the front axle mount kit I got... keeping the COG low low low!! Fun Fun. Oh Steve... spent time with my Heli yesterday, and I finally have it hovering nicely... and I can fly it around a bit. Staying on training mode as it's a lot more forgiving when I make movements. I have to take it outside and play with it. When you want to get together with your Heli and mine outside??

No interest in the cars, I wasn't sure if you had seen it.
If I buy anything else it'll be another indoor heli.

I should make an update here... sold/traded all my Nitro (gas) trucks... it's all electric now. Have 2 trucks and a buggy I race now... and the kids are signed up for their first race this coming saturday... they're racing my "old truck" (old cuz it's only 4 weeks old, but replaced by a better truck)... so I guess I should post up some pics soon...
