Default coupler 360

i male few coupler 360










i rest make 360 unit some welding et sanding , go to paint ..

Really nice design,looks smooth.But pardon my ignorance,Which end is witch?Do you mount a reciever on the truck as well as the trailer tongue.Or do you delete the ball coupler all together,weld it to the tongue and bolt and unbolt it when ever you want to tow or drop the trailer?

is work very well

juste some welding et paint ....


is my prototype the next build un make cut with lazer ...

Looks to me like you just stole the design that Mario and the guys from http://www.adventuretrailers.com/coupler.html took the time to develop and market.
I think it would be great if you copied their coupler for your own use but I don't think it's right that you copied it and now are trying to sell the product for a profit.
Maybe I am wrong and you have their permission to do this...

What is the proven weight rating for your hitch?

juste clarify my tread

i not have intention to make commercial ...


i just ordered few part for few coupler ....

dom tube bushing rod ....



for the grade bolt
i not use bolt (for the bushing)
i use togne pin for it !!!




the big diff of max and my coupler



i use bigger brass bushing


bushing
od 1.25
id 3/4


the bolt is 3/4 grade 8...


for the ultime test
look me on this summer
